What started this movement

At the very beginning of Her Ally....

As a senior executive in technology in silicon valley. I was a third culture kid who graduated from top universities. Yet through it all nothing taught me what relational abuse looked like both at home through intimate partner violence to bullying in the workplace. I didn't have the language, awareness, needless to say the places to turn to figure out what to do.

I felt so alone and isolated with no where to turn to find the professional, community and local resources to safely navigate my children and I through domestic violence. All I could do was google, which was useless and more isolating and scary.

I was hoping there was a company or resource or way to find the support I needed but there wasn't. Luckily, over 4 years I was sent angels in life to help me navigate over the years and I wanted to create that for all the other women everywhere facing just as much if not infinitely more. To help us all find and be the angels to others who have experienced similar traumas a little bit ahead of us.
